Shipping

• Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared, however please allow 5-10 working business day for your item to arrive.
• Your item will be sent via courier or Australian post depending on its size and weight.
• Motocross Products delivers only to physical Addresses within Australia and NOT post office boxes.  Our products can only be shipped internationally with prior arrangement by contacting enquiries@motocrossproducts.com.au
• Motocross Products uses several courier and postage companies to deliver your orders as quickly as possible and within any period time indicated.  We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the next business day provided full payment has been received by Motocross Products.  However, any time periods that may have been provided for dispatch and delivery cannot be guaranteed due to the fact Motocross Product relies on third party courier and postage companies to deliver and deliver your order. As such, Motocross Products cannot be held liable for any loss or damages that may arise from any delays in dispatch and delivery.
• If a courier company cannot complete delivery (for any reason) and subsequently returns an item to Motocross Products then the following shall be borne by the buyer (i) actual re-delivery costs and (ii) a handling and processing fee of $10.00. Motocross products will only process the re-delivery of the returned item upon full payment as stipulated in this paragraph.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
• Unless otherwise stated, all orders are dispatched on an 'Authority to Leave' basis, with standard shipping (i.e not express shipping) and with no insurance.  Please arrange for someone to be at the delivery address to receive your order as any order that has been duly delivered will be deemed received and Motocross Products cannot be held liable for any loss or damage.

• Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
